The fog suppression module is provided with a cold channel and a hot channel. The saturated wet and hot air in the cooling tower enters the module through the hot channel, and the ambient cold air enters the module through the cold channel. Two streams of air with different temperatures and humidity do not contact the heat transfer in the module. The saturated wet air temperature at the hot channel outlet decreases, and the moisture content decreases. The temperature of the hot and dry air at the exit of the cold channel increases, and the moisture content remains unchanged. After exiting the module, the two streams of air are mixed in the area above the module, and the temperature and humidity are further reduced, in which the saturated wet air becomes unsaturated air, and then discharged outside the tower. After the unsaturated air outside the tower is mixed with the atmospheric environment, no white fog appears.
As we all know, at present, in many industries, the evaporation loss of circulating water is quite serious, and these lost water vapor can form white fog in the air, which has become a major carrier of haze in the air, thereby affecting air quality. Therefore, many manufacturers have made a cooling tower fog removal module, and the existence of the fog removal module can effectively reduce the water content of the tower air, and recover the condensate inside, so that the better water-saving effect of the fog removal module is obtained.
